I ordered takeout and got the pork intestine in dry pot, along with some hot and sour soup. The food was delicious! The dry pot was very flavorful, hearty and aromatic, perfect for a rainy day. I believe they use Szechuan peppercorn with this, as I had that nice mouth-numbing sensation. It could have been a little spicier for my liking, but that is my only remark (and I understand why they might take it easy on the spice to be safe).

We love Wei!! The food is fresh and so delicious. Best got and sour soup ever! We go every couple of weeks and more often when we can. We bring all our friends here and highly recommend them. You have got to try them!

Interesting menu options not seen at the local Chinese restaurants. The crispy beef and beef in hot oil were spicy and delicious. Portions were very generous. Shrimp in lobster sauce was great.
