I pulled up and no other cars in the line. I paid and they parked me at the door to the restaurant. After waiting 10 minutes someone came and said 2 more minutes because they were cleaning the fryer. I waited 15 minutes total. Nobody else in line. If you are cleaning the fryer, why not tell me so I could just order something else.
The drive-thru attendant cut me off while I was making my order. When I pulled to the drive-thru window she appeared to be very annoyed with the previous customer and said a racist slur while the woman was leaving the drive-thru window to her that accompanied her on the shift. I'm pretty sure the customer didn't hear her but I did and it was an issue for me.
Okay these 1 star reviews are absolutely wrong. This Wendy’s is arguably the BEST Wendy’s I’ve ever gone to in my LIFE. I order a biggie bag and 4 piece nuggets and had the best nuggets of my LIFE. Must try!
