I go here a lot because I work at the mall of ga. They are ALWAYS nice and smiling and my food is always good and the order is ALWAYS correct. This is an anomaly in most fast food restaurants. They do a great job.

AVOID mobile orders
Their priority is drive thru, order at cash register, and they ignore orders and “ready:complete” them when they don’t have the food up front.
Constant orders returned double burgers after doubles getting sent back thrown into the trash. The food sits out and even my frosty melted and everyone’s fries were cold and trashed.
How do you make money here?! GM needs to ask what the sup is doing w the managers. The managers are not leaders but just good employees fixing everyone else’s mess ups. No one at the register/back knows what they’re doing and the receipts are all mixed up. Literally when an order is up the front cashier whispers “order up” with no number, description of order burger etc, and the food gets thrown away sitting up there.
I got my mobile order 40min after the order said “ready” and had to fight for my order. The manager on duty w red shirt literally tried to give me another similar order that sat out in front of all other guests for 20min and tried to offer it to me. Sheesh it was bad
Never doing an online mobile order here. I got a wife and baby don’t waste your time just go to the chicken places nearby it’s not worth the cold beef patties

Well I got another restaurant and its name Wendy's at Buford Drive Mall of Georgia. Everything was fresh! I mean fresh to order! I asked the lady if she we having some wet fresh fries and my fries , hot my nuggets fresh to order and they were crispy so hands out to Wendy's doing a great job. June 3 3:30.

The cashier wasn't knowledgeable about the menu the Burger was really cold I asked for hot fries from the jump but wasn't hot or fresh went back up and the Guy making Burgers finally remembered .
The boy at the drive thru armani was very rude using excessive profanity . the food is good and the manager Yaritza is very nice it’s just the kid armani .

Food is decent. Minimal wait. However they are NEVER wearing gloves. Out of 5 workers only 1 of them wears gloves. One of them gave me sauce that fell on the ground…and this was the manager herself. One of them made my burger without gloves. Sanitary issues are my only problem.

Terrible service last night, they had never understood us so badly in that place. We arrived at 9:40 pm and they gave me my order at 10:15 pm (35 minute wait) but the bad thing was that before giving us our order they distributed the order to 2 vehicles that arrived after us, after 30 minutes I returned to the window to see what was happening and the boy who was there did not answer my question and did not even pay attention to me and apart from that he still asks me to leave the window to continue delivering orders to the other vehicles. back. TERRIBLE SERVICE
