Food is decent. Minimal wait. However they are NEVER wearing gloves. Out of 5 workers only 1 of them wears gloves. One of them gave me sauce that fell on the ground…and this was the manager herself. One of them made my burger without gloves. Sanitary issues are my only problem.

Terrible service last night, they had never understood us so badly in that place. We arrived at 9:40 pm and they gave me my order at 10:15 pm (35 minute wait) but the bad thing was that before giving us our order they distributed the order to 2 vehicles that arrived after us, after 30 minutes I returned to the window to see what was happening and the boy who was there did not answer my question and did not even pay attention to me and apart from that he still asks me to leave the window to continue delivering orders to the other vehicles. back. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I've been through the drive through a few times at night. I don't know if it's a staffing issue, but it takes soooo long to place and receive an order. I've done a mobile order every time I've gone and even with one or two cars ahead of me, I don't think I've received my order in less than 15 minutes. Every time I've had to wait at least 3 minutes once I'm at menu just to place an order. So don't expect to be in and out when you come here.

Worst wendys ever. Waited 20 min and the person in front of me was probably waiting for 30+ minutes… There were only 2 ppl in line. Ik it aint that hard to make FAST FOOD. The service here is rude and slow so don’t waste your time here.
Went for a crabby patty meal. No shake. Tried to sell me a vanilla shake with it. Why bother? Then it's not a crabby patty meal! Just say you don't have it now. Attitude was they could care less. Kinda sad. We drove away empty handed.

Restaurant was dirty, drink machine was gross, people left trays of food on empty tables. They were busy but a lot of goofing off in the back. Someone should have been cleaning instead of playing around. 2 ladies were the only ones working their tails off.

Ordered on my mobile app, which doesn't appear to give customers the option to ask for "no ice." So when I arrived, I asked for a cup to strain the Caramel Frosty Cold Brew from the ice. The girl gave me a cup full of ice. Went to check my order, which was to be a Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit meal and a Maple Bacon Meal for me and a co-worker. The Maple Bacon was wrapped with the word "chicken," showing and the sausage biscuit was wrapped with the word "Bacon" showing... ??? Do they not have a "sausage" option? So I thought they got my order wrong. The girl's English was incomprehensible, so I asked a guy that was there. The order was correct. The way they wrapped each sandwich was not. This made for unnecessary confusion and time wasted.
I get to work and try the Caramel Frosty Cold Brew...never had one, and I thought I'd give it a try. Tasted like watered down cold coffee. Not a hint of Caramel, and not what I thought a drink with "Frosty" in the name would be.
The Maple Bacon Chicken was messy and soggy. The Potatoes were seasoned, but greasy and cold.
