Hands down, this is the BEST Subway I have ever eaten at! I've been to this location no less than 25 times and it is consistently awesome. The food preparation is perfect, the staff are always upbeat and friendly, and the restaurant is always clean.
First of all, I hate Subway. The Subways in my area are horrible with service. But we were out of town & there were no other restaurants around in that area. I was surprised at the service, super friendly & helpful in explaining a few options. The food was DELICIOUS! It was fresh, veggies were crisp & crunchy and the bread was so good. This Subway is the best I've ever been to. I will drive almost 45 minutes to visit them again. (Still not going to the stores...
Most employees have great customer service. However (and I'm only phrasing it this way because I don't know her name) the black lady working tonight has major attitude. If you cannot accommodate a customer asking for light sauce on their sandwich you need to be retrained. And you shouldn't get an attitude with customers when they request you scrape off the abundance of sauce you poured onto their sandwich when they asked for extra light. Otherwise a great location.
