Idk what’s going on at this location but the last few times I’ve gotten food from here the fries are overcooked and the drinks have no ice in them. Probably the worst chick fil an experienced we’ve ever had. Sad.

Out of all the chick fil-a I visited, most of them being in ga and some in other states, I gave this one a b - because of the fries are over cooked and a lot of salt. The chicken sandwich was over cooked. I will say it was pretty clean.

I had an amazing experience at the Chick-fil-A in Byron, Georgia, and I just have to applaud Jacob at the point of sale! Despite the fact that it was closing time, Jacob was incredibly patient and friendly, making sure my order was taken with care and attention. It's not often you find such dedication in an hourly wage employee, and it truly made my visit memorable.
His positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service are what keep me coming back to Chick-fil-A every time! This place has definitely earned my business, and I can't wait to return. Thank you, Jacob, for going above and beyond! Keep up the fantastic work, Chick-fil-A team! 🍗❤️
