This is the happiest, nicest Dunkin Ive been to in forever; in the last 6 weeks alone we've been at a DD daily across 10 states. Felt like we were in a commercial where everyone is smiling and locked in. Bravo to the young ladies behind the counter, and to the owner for doing outstanding jobs.
On a cross county move and stopped here while in Georgia and my drink tasted great and the food too! They even gave me a free sticker which made my day. The drive thru was friendly and quick and food was made just like I like it! I always customize my drink and there were no issues at this location. They mixed my coffee too which some locations don’t. Thank you for my little GA souvenir sticker

This Dunkin’ in Byron is hands down one of the best I’ve ever been to. The owners are super friendly and genuinely care about their customers. The staff is always smiling, greeting people like they’ve known them for years, and they work fast without ever making you feel rushed.
Every time I come in, it’s the same great vibe—happy faces, quick service, and people who actually seem to enjoy being there. That kind of consistency is hard to find these days.
If you’re anywhere near the Byron area, make this your go-to Dunkin’. You can tell there’s a solid team running the place, and they truly appreciate your business. Highly recommend supporting them!

Had to wait for someone inside to even take our order, they were nowhere to be found. We got a 1/2 dozen and every single donut was stale and dry. I'd rather drive the 20 minutes for Krispy Kreme. Dunkin coffee is disgusting, just go across the street to Starbucks. Please do better, you're a donut shop, it's what you're known for and your donuts are garbage.

I was so excited when this location opened! We don't have near enough Dunkin's in middle GA. I've visited over 10 times at this point and their food is always wonderful. My biggest complaint is their coffee. I get decaf iced coffee with mocha and the last 3 or 4 times I've been there has been a very strange taste, almost like a chemical cleaner taste! I've brought it up to the drive thru staff and they said they haven't had any other complaints but I've visited several other locations since and none of them have this strange taste. I'm not sure if it's just their decaf coffee or the mocha flavoring or what, but unfortunately I don't plan to go back because of the constant disappointment and concern with the flavoring. I hope they can figure out what is causing it because I would love to enjoy this location, but don't want to waste anymore of my money on bad tasting coffee 😥
