I wouldn’t waste your time coming here. There donuts were $10 for six of them and they tasted like they were two days old. Super stale and dry. Not worth the money.

This was my favorite Dunkin. Unfortunately they have hired several lazy people . The bagels are never toasted never enough cream cheese . Stale donuts, old coffee , also my croissant wasn’t warmed up . This is just a waste of time and money . Revamp your crew .

this new manager has made my favorite workers depressed. They need a manager that actually cares for them as people and not just robots and takes their tips away. That short manager of a woman is fumbling everything good that was in the dunkin, apparently even firing the baker, so the donuts aren't even fresh. They're from a factory from what I hear. The workers are amazing, in fact they are more than amazing, but management isnt.

My 'espresso' drink was cold. I was in a rush and didn't have time to turn around, because it really was that bad. I honestly don't even think espresso was used to make it.....very watered down and flavorless.... disappointing for $6

I go to this location frequently and I order see the same drink every time and it's never the same. The quality control at this location is lackluster at best, they really need to do better.

This place is absolutely terrible. Customer service Sucks. They turn their phones off so you can’t call in. They are continually advertising holiday items such as the Boo bucket of munchkins and charging you full price but not giving you the advertised items. Never any variety in their case inside, And any of the powdered munchkins are constantly hard, crusty and stale. Byron dropped the ball on and should have gotten Krispy Kreme instead.

i am appalled!! the scrawny little curly haired, brown one who made my coffee was exceptionally rude, he didn't even wear a name tag, im sure he'd get plenty of feedback if he did. I ordered a hot coffee, and it was lukewarm at best with coffee grounds all in the bottom, i didnt even want to drink it. he was extremely short and rude while handing me the drink,if your going to work as a barista you should at least be nice to your customers!!!!

Beware they serving day old donuts that are stale for full price. Donuts so hard and old you cant even eat it. But of course cant get any one to answer the phone.

I have been trying to call this location to inform them to check their cups today before serving drinks to customers. Unable to reach anyone. While the customer service was good, me being unable to speak to someone about my situation was very poor. I ordered a large caramel iced coffee with a breakfast sandwich. As I approached my job in Fort Valley I realized my coffee cup had a hole in it. My cup holders was full of coffee and my entire console. I just spent 20 minutes before work doing some heavy duty cleaning. Documets and business cards were damaged. My key fob was drenched in coffee. Hopefully it will not be damaged. For better customer service, please be more accessible.
