It's Marco's. Pizza is great. Service.... had always been great until last 2 orders. Both deliveries took well over 30 minutes. But this last time was closer to an hour and our food was cold. Very disappointing.

I've ordered here every 2 weeks for the last year, and without a doubt it's either pretty good or pretty bad. Recently, just yesterday I ordered 2 pizza's for my grandma and nephews, some bubs and a 2 liter of pepsi. They took my order at 5:47 pm EST and they delivered this order at 6:57 pm est almost an hour later, cold, shaken and wordless. I called the story and the man at the counter had to contact their manager. He asked if I had eaten the pizza and no I had not. The manager told me I would have to bring the 1 hour late delivered pizza back as if to confirm the validity of me saying it was cold XD. Now, mind you, it would take anyone just a small glace at the massive time it took to get the pizza to be to believe me when I say it's cold. Especially with me being loyal to this chain, but this manager said I had to prove it. Now I proposed that they take the pizza back when they deliver another one and they hung up on me. Marco's in this location, cares nothing for customers. They have business so the money you spend here isn't VALUED, this isn't some thankful charity or a mom and pop shop. This is a chain with lesser ethics than domino's who will honor your word as a customer with a satisfaction guaranteed sticker. To have a manager go out of their way to not do work and make life harder for me when the proof is in the pudding? Shameful. I will forgive them, but their are inferior to pizza places with ethical and practical "guarantees". I'm not gonna prove an hour old pizza is cold. Go f**k yourself. You lost a customer

We love marco's in Byron.. we have a Macon address but Byron is 4 miles away so we love peach and Houston counties.. Marco's has never been anything but delicious. Their magnifico pizza is beyond great.. their old world sausages and ground beef have the best grilled flavors and a slight heat to the whole thing, oh, we love it. We make 4 meals with a 8 slice. Thank you, Their garden salad is a LOT of fresh salad with delicious toppings, they use strong purple onions and they are fab. Their coupons always make for a better end price and get brownies if ur feeling naughty and ur thinking of one with hot cup of coffee the next morning, all around deliciousness at a fair price, our pizza fave, Marco's.

The problem was not with the store itself..THE APP SUCKS!! It lists 2 medium one topping pizzas, a 2 liter drink, and cheezybread for $21.99. When I clicked to place the order it allowed me to build my 2 single topping pizzas. I paid $30.22. When I got to the restaurant all I received was the 2 pizzas. I had to order the bread and drink separately AND pay another $9.81.

Great pizza. The delivery was prompt. GF pizzas are some of the bestDietary restrictions: Gluten free. A necessary pain in the butt. We also got a reg pizza for another family member
Good pizza, prepared quickly. Looks like they mostly do delivery and take out business, which is what we were there for. Spent little time inside, so can't comment on the atmosphere. We had the vegetarian pizza and enjoyed the combination of veggies and cheeses.

while in the hospital for over a week with cancer surgery, Marco's was what i was wanting when i was at the hospital. Get home order my pizza from the same small home town Marco's & what they delivered was wrong even though our order on the receipt was correct, called the store & they made me drive the pizza to them so they could verify that pizza was made wrong. they said they had to look at it before we could get another remade. store refused refund. Store said they are not responsible for me in my medical condition when they made me return the pizza.
