Customer service was great, the woman at the front counter was very nice and patient taking orders. She made sure she got my order right. The only wait was for fresh chicken, which I will happily wait for! Everyone was working hard, it was quiet, and my order was correct and food was great!

I had sworn off Byron Popeye's thought I would give them another chance. I stopped in at 5:00 on Monday I go inside to place a to go order. First they made a mistake punching the order in . Has to get the manager. Manager says she can't fix It has to be rung up at drive thru cash register. Then I'm just standing there waiting on my order no body has any sense of urgency. I ask what are we waiting on the girl that rang me up says it's coming as she continues to just stand there. Finally a girl from the back comes and gets my order together. Meanwhile a driver for grub hub has come in and has said twice that she has an order to pickup. Nobody is trying to get her older together either. She tells me that she is under a time limit with these deliveries. I don't think I will be going backemployees act like they dont care if you get waited on are not. I think I will choose elsewhere to spend my money.

Continued service at the Popeyes in Byron Ga. Is GRBAGE. Once again did not receive all that I paid for through the Drive thru. I received plain chicken not spicy which I ordered. Paid 6.00 for a large Fri and that was not in the bag when I got home. I like the spicy chicken that's why I go there and 8 out of 10 times I have gone there they do not have the spicy chicken . I won't even give one Star...but have to.

Everytime I come to Popeyes in Byron Ga, they are never opening at 10:30am which is the time that's listed on google.You need to say 11 instead, customers are always having to wait 15-20 mins. The time of Popeyes in Bryon, Ga opening is not accurate due to never being able to place any orders at 10:30am. Please change time to 11 verse false advertisement. Thanks. Also, I wait patiently most times but, you guys loosing a lot of customers that i see driving off. The employees are very nice. Except for one manager was upset with me because, I expressed that I waited over 30 minutes the manager quoted with an attitude " we didn't tell you to wait" I said " no you didn't, but the time says you open at 10:30 am.

I downloaded Yelp just to leave this review. I pull up on a Friday @ 9:12pm and order a 16 piece family pack. The lady taking the order sighs and puts her head set down load enough it echos through the microphone. Moments later a male gets on and informs me that they close @ 9:30 now ON A FRIDAY. The websites says they close @ 11pm. So I proceed to call another Popeyes before writing this review to confirm the closing times. I was told they close @ 11pm. Simply this, they are lazy and under prepared and I wish I could contact the franchise owners. Every single experience at this location has been terrible, this one just set it over the edge. I never leave negative reviews. To get a negative review from me, that means you really suck at your job. From one business owner to another, please clean house before this become another failed Byron establishment
At the drive Thur 5 mins ago I ordered a Chicken Sandwich plain no sauce on it with fries & a soda. I went to the window the order had sauce on it. She had a attitude so I cancelled my order at the window. It use to be great service here.I will never visit here ago

It was during a slow time and the manager was nice enough to offer me fresh cooked food. If I was willing to wait :), the dining room needed a little attention, otherwise, the food and service was great.

The Popeyes in Byron Ga.has made a 100 percent turn around. The food was good and hot and the service was outstanding. It was a most pleasant experience. Definitely worth going to again and again. Popeyes in Byron has got it going on.
