Started to order 2 footlong meatball subs and when the female employee opened the container, they were all burnt and looked very old. We asked if she could please get a fresh batch and she said that was all she had, which was a lie. During this entire interaction, she was on her smartphone watch, talking to some random person and then talk started talking to that person about us. Deserve 0 stars and wish that was an option.

The food was thrown together and barely toasted. I was charged for 2 medium drinks . All the fountain drinks were out except lemonade . When I get home 5 minutes later ,found that it was nothing but water . This is my 3rd bad experience there . There will not be a 4th . I'm glad Jimmy Johns is coming

This is for Geortez and Maddie! Last night I was provided phenomenal service by these two caring individuals! The store was immaculate as Geortez made an announcement that he was going to finish mopping and promptly came back to check me out and Maddie made me a bomb philly! Supervisor please big up these employees because awesome customer service is hard to come by nowadays! Thank you both!

Got a sandwich and it tasted like cleaner..like chemical cleaner. My daughter ate a few bites before saying it tasted off. Will definitely not eat there again. I only hope she does not get sick from this. Absolutely disgusting.

Normally they are a good subway, but as of lately they've gone down hill. I called a few times to make sure they had all the ingredients because last time they didn't, but they didn't answer the phone. Only had one employee today and 4 customers in the store, was focused on doing other things around the store. Took 20 minutes to finally get my sub and I'm only allotted 30 minutes for lunch. Subway you need to do better!!!

Still giving 5 stars bc I love subway but PLEASE make sure your workers are wearing hair nets. Both me and my husband found hair in our subs. I feel like we wasted our money bc after this we could just not eat it. Thanks!

Had no lids for cups. Had one type of chips. Had no wraps. Got a “what do you want” attitude with AirPods in the employee’s ears. This place is terrible. Hard pass.
