No sauce 3 times in a row despite asking me what kind of sauce I want and putting 10 on the receipt. If you’re in the drive thru- CHECK YOUR BAG. If door dashing, expect no sauce.

Went here on Thursday night and had a big mobile order, wait wasn't long at all and the guy at the drive thru window was very nice, and great customer service. You want to keep that employee because he gave the friendliest service I've had at a fast food restaurant in a very long time

Normally, I would not give five stars to a fast food restaurant. However; the chicken Cantina bowl is as close as you can get to Moe’s or Chipotle. It’s made a little different, but it is quite tasty. The convenience doesn’t hurt either.
4 hrs prior to closing out of sweet tea... the lady said she wasn't making anymore for the night. Burritos were crispy and tacos soggy and broken all over the place. A real shame normally this Taco Bell is on point!

I had the best customer service on 03/8 in the late evening in the Drive through.The young lady Mae was very pleasant and very thoughtful.The customer service she provided you don’t get everyday. I was very pleased ❤️

Horrible got there before they closed the lobby, but turns out it was already closed since 7pm. Whoever the manager or assistant manager was on duty on march 5 2025 is horrible

The staff was pleasant but the nacho fries were horrible! They were hard and overcooked and tastes like they’ve been sitting under the warmer for hours. Very disappointed. Will not go to this Taco Bell again.

I just got some potatoes from this Taco Bell that were hard as a rock.. I live on the other side of town and couldn’t go back for a refund.. I called the store but since I ordered without the app just straight online I wasn’t given a refund and these potatoes are just like Little Rock’s I’m very disappointed
