Very happy this location has chocolate frostys!!! Quick service and friendly employees tonight.
Ordered about $100 worth of food in a rush and couldn't check it because of time restraints. Everything was wrong, ordered two Dr. Peppers, got diet cokes. Ordered no Mayo on two burgers got extra mayo, asked to add mustard got no mustard. Terrible service all the way around, too.

After 18 minutes of sitting in line with only two cars in front of me, I finally get to place my order where I'm told to hold for three or four more minutes and then by the time I get to the window I pay and I'm asked to move forward without even receiving my drink. How far this is one the worst fast food experiences I've had. If you hope to get quick and fast food you could literally go across the street to Denny's and get it quicker.

The workers always have attitudes. The store never has anything you want. And the prices are just crazy for Wendy’s. Almost 20$ for 1 meal and a sandwich.
The cook told the cashier someone was up front. The cashier just walked by and looked at me. Good job for the cook. Horrible cashier. I would recommend the cook going to work at Zaxbys. And the cashier getting fired

When you have picky eaters, you count on the person at the register to take your order correctly so your kids will actually eat. Employees here got every single order for a family of 5 WRONG. Highly disappointed to be miles down the road only to deal with whiny children because they’re hangry and now there are onions and mustard all over their burgers. Shame on you Wendy’s. Hire someone who can correctly push buttons on a computer. Or shame on me for not doing it myself and just ordering online. But isn’t that what they’re getting paid for???

One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. The food tasted horrible and the fries were so dry I thought I was eating desert sand. The only thing that was good was the soft drinks which is nearly impassible to mess up.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here. Service was horrible. They were too worried about talking and arguing with each other. Then when I ordered the Carmel frosty cold brew and their response to each other was “how do you even make this”. When I took a sip of it all I got was coffee.

It was the most horrible place! We were going to eat breakfast there, and the doors were locked. So my wife and I asked one of the workers there who was checking the sign in the drive-thru if they were open. He said yes. So we stood by the door for 5 to 10 minutes. No one came to the door. So we left and went to McDonald's next door. Absolutely Unprofessional!
