Terrible service at this location. There were a lot of staff behind the counter and not one person acknowledged us. We wait at least 10 minutes before the manager spoke to us. The French fry guy told us it will be awhile before the next cashier was ready to start her shift. And yet they were not busy with other customers.My salad was not fresh. Most of the greens were like seaweed and got thrown out. I Do not recommend stopping at this location.

We stood at the counter for 10 minutes until someone acknowledged us, from the drive through spot. No one was at the till. Finally we were told that the cashier was balancing her cash in the back. We ordered our food and my bacon cheeseburger came with no bacon. I went up and the manager told the lad to make one with bacon. The woman manager still has not acknowledged us even though she was just standing at the edge of the counter. This manager should be ashamed of herself. My new burger was just thrown on the counter with no one telling me it was ready. Horrible place.

I have lived in byron for 20 years and have always love eating here. Not today the frys were so bad. It like they cooked them and they got cold and cooked them again. Do not eat here.

Absolute worst wendys I've every been to, and I go to a lot of wendys. They got my order all wrong food was cold, the cashier Eric was very rude and snobby I will never eat at this one ever again

These jerks had me wait at the speaker for 20 minutes (with only 2 cars infront) Just to tell me they were only taking cash.TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE! That info should have been said Right off the bat....

We went through the drive through and it took a lot longer than expected. They said the reason was because they had to cook more beef and that they assured us it was fresh. The food tasted just fine.

This was one of the best meals I've had at Wendy's ever. I've had some great fries but never the whole meal. From the chicken sandwich to the drink. And the fries were perfect.
