Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Woman at drive thru asked us to wait a minute and we sat there for 15 minutes. I had to call the store from the drive thru to see if something was wrong and advised management that we had been there for that long and he proceeded to say there is no line, after I just told him I had been there that long. As soon as I was talking with him the girl working drive thru finally took our order. Very very bad service.

We had to wait on our food this morning at the drive thru. We pulled up and Marcia brought our food out. My husband told her we didn't get our drinks. She made sure to look inside our car to see if we were lying. But no, we didn't have drinks in our car because you didn't give them to us! After she asked what kind of drinks we ordered "Diet Cokes" she came back and of course we don't find out til we were down the road that she gave us Dr. Pepper to diabetics I might add. Then our egg rolls were burnt. How do you even see that and put it in a box for people to eat? Marcia you are top notch, lol NOT! This is the worst Zaxby's with the worst management that allows this kind of treatment of customers. Totally intentional.

Ordered a big Zac snack meal and an order of loaded fries. Told to park and wait. Wait for 10 minutes. Check food and the big Zac snack was just fries and a few pieces of chopped up chicken, no toast and no sauce, loaded fries is also just fries and some chopped chicken, no cheese and no ranch.

Waited in drive thru for 15 mins and got home, entire food order but one thing was wrong and that one thing was supposed to be upsized to larger, so technically still wrong.

I get so tired of these young kids in these restaurants not paying attention to paying customers order. Ordered a zensation zalad with 3 cookies and got a salad with chicken strips fries and some mini cakes. It’s play time for them at ALL TIMES!!!!

I ordered a 4-piece chicken finger plate. I ordered a plate because I wanted the coleslaw, as coleslaw is one of my favorite salad-type dishes. The chicken was hot and very good. The fries were also hot and pretty good but, they could have been cooked a little bit longer. The liquid from the coleslaw went over to the fry portion container and some of the fries were soggy. The grilled bread was ice cold. I'm guessing they make a bunch up ahead of time. How was the coleslaw, you ask? I don't know because they didn't give me any utensils. All things considered, it wasn't bad, but I think Raising Cane's is a little better (even though I don't like their coleslaw). Just order Cane's bread BBS (butter both sides)!

Dining room not open before listed closing time on the door and on their site. Went out of my way to be greeted by a locked door.

I ordered a chicken finger plate. The chicken was over cooked and too salty. I didn’t get a fork for my cole slaw, and I didn’t get a Zax sauce for my strips. I wanted chicken fingers, but unfortunately no Raising Canes and no slim chickens. Zaxby’s odds usually solid, but this was disappointing.

Staff were quick and friendly. Dining room cold. Food: chicken tenders hot and salty and were very small & fried pickles were hot but salty, bread and fries were cold. Too expensive for the quality of the food.

I thought about how I'm usually too lazy to leave reviews other than stars. My visit was great. The service was fast and the food was as hot as it can get. Awesome job!

If I could give it 0 stars I would.
I have ordered twice through this store and both times were charged for something I did not receive. I always order sauced tongue torch chicken fingers and pay for it through the Zaxby's app. I have not received sauced fingers always unsauced.

Called the store and they basically call me a liar and state I ordered it that way.

Last time Zaxby's. You lost a customer
