Peyton went above and beyond. Even though the inside dining was closed I had a $50+ order and he was nice enough to not make us wait an additional 30min for the drive thru line. A bit of personal service and compassion go a long way these days. Thanks dude

Went and got a chicken tender plate dipped in wimpy sauce. Got home and noticed they weren’t dipped so I contacted the manager and he said that he would remake my order himself. Went back and they still were not dipped in the sauce. So I called back to the restaurant and he caught an attitude saying that they were dipped that he did it himself. I order the same meal at every Zaxbys I visit and they have never looked this dry. Do yourself a favor and drive 2 exits up and visit the one on Hartley Bridge Rd. Never again will I go to this location.

So i didnt go inside but I feel like the place is of course nice. And this zaxbys does way better with saucing up the chicken than the one on Watson. Though they forget ranches. But hey atleast here they are nice! Not like the one on watson. Thanks guys!

Extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding the unsanitary conditions I experienced during a recent visit.
I ordered with a young man who spoke so softly you could barely hear him, I had to ask him to repeat everything he said more than once. Upon receiving my drinks, I attempted to find a clean table to eat my meal. Unfortunately, every table I encountered was dirty. I was forced to request that the young man clean a table for me.
Shortly thereafter, a young lady called my name to deliver my salad. The salad was presented on a tray that was visibly soiled with crumbs and sauce residue. When I asked for a clean tray, the staff member appeared visibly annoyed, as if my request was unreasonable. She then provided me with another tray that was marginally cleaner but still unacceptable.
At this point, I was so disgusted by the lack of cleanliness that I requested a refund. The manager came to process my refund, and I was further appalled to observe that his apron appeared to be covered in what looked like days-old food stains.
The overall state of this establishment, from the dirty tables and trays to the unhygienic appearance of the staff, was frankly appalling and suggests a complete disregard for basic sanitation standards. I believe this situation poses a significant risk to public health and warrants immediate attention from the health department.
I will certainly never visit this Zaxby's location again and strongly urge that a thorough inspection be conducted to address these serious issues.
