We had to go back and get them to remake it….i got loaded fries they were cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted and a family member of mine got chicken strips and they were really cold. They acted as they didn't want to be at work…but it isn’t our faults because they signed up for the job.

Our family showed up and we're the only ones in the restaurant. Every single table in the dining room was dirty. The restroom looked like it hadn't been tended to in days. Very disappointing and makes you wonder how clean the cooking area is.

I came to Zaxbys today, I ordered over $1000 worth of chicken, and 3 large drinks. This girl who took my order was hot but also very very mean the MF threw 3 cokes all over my truck, she didnt apologize and give me her phone number or anything. Coke is all over me and my truck, its attracted ants and I cant get rid of them. The chicken was ok, but it was very chicken like. The fries were very good but tasted like potatoes. The hot woman who is also mean should learn to be nice, if a customer asks for your phone number it should be given to them. The customer is always right but also never wrong.
This was the most horrible food and service I've ever received from a Zaxby's in ALL these years. Location: Bryon, off the Big ? exit. Not only was the food not hot (boneless wings and things) but the fries seemed to be the likes of. Yep that last little bit that is in the bottom of the bag ?. Not only that, there was a pinhole in my cup of Strawberry ? Fanta as my grandson passed it to me, it leaked all over the him, the console and me. So glad I was wearing dark pants but my shirt was a bright , only the tail got slightly splashed. And the CSR, in a few words, "needs a personality". This was supposed to be my "last hoorah" with fried chicken for a while, sad, sad, ?. Will we patronize this particular location again, perhaps but maybe more likely to go inside as opposed to the window.

If I could give zero starts I would. My salad was full of rotten,wilted, soggy lettuce and rotten tomatoes. I looked past that and picked out all the rotten bits in my salad and when I got almost finished eating it I found a hair. Absolutely disgusting.

I honestly haven’t had Zaxby’s in awhile and I can’t say I was impressed. Ordered the wings and things and the chicken strips were tiny, asked for no bread but got it. The boneless buffalo wings were more like strips and some pieces were hard. The fries lacked seasoning. The service picking up the order was great, friendly. The restroom was clean.
