Ordered pizza and crazy bread online and the food was done in a decent time frame. Went in to get it and the guy said they were out of stuffed crust so they just put cheese on the crust which hardened and over cooked. I was not given a refund for the difference in price or offered anything else to make up for the inconvenience. The other guy was standing in the back on his phone. How embarrassing for these young folks working and making people wait to long for their pizza to get done more than ten, twenty minutes longer. It's usually one worker working alone or less. No wonder these ratings are low and terrible. Poor service I can tell you.

Customer service wasn’t the greatest at all. The place actually looks run down behind the counter. Not too many customers are flocking to this establishment, it probably won’t be in business much longer.
