“Y’all… don’t sleep on the ribeye. I am super picky about my steaks. I don’t want a wimpy wet steak or a hard rubber tire. This is a high quality steak and has a perfect sear on the outside and bright red on the inside. (MR) For everyone that’s been whining about Cairo needs a steakhouse, here it is. This is a huge ribeye, and $45, but we shared it and it was all both of us could eat. It was sooooo good (i did add a little salt but no steak sauce needed here). You can get the ribeye any time but Wednesdays steak night has salad and baked potato. (Otherwise, you can get fries) Everything is good. Try it!!“
