Casa Modern Mexican is excellent not only in food, service but also in cleanliness! the waiters, waitresses and owner is exceptional.
This restaurant has the best Mexican food & staff we have had the pleasure to enjoy. Maria is so sweet & pleasant. Everything we have tried on their menu has been great. We have brought family w/us & they love it too. Cleanliness is very important to us & it is spotless - 100 on their inspection says it all.
Y’all… don’t sleep on the ribeye. I am super picky about my steaks. I don’t want a wimpy wet steak or a hard rubber tire. This is a high quality steak and has a perfect sear on the outside and bright red on the inside. (MR) For everyone that’s been whining about Cairo needs a steakhouse, here it is.
