I got in the drive through and ordered a Zaxby’s Signature Sandwich meal with a coke, add cheese and no pickles or sauce on the sandwich. Add ketchup and Mayo packets. I received this “sandwich” about 10 french fries and no sauces. I had to wait which I didn’t mind but this is unacceptable!
Something is going to bother me until I get it off my chest.
I went to Zaxbys in cairo to get the manager and I some lunch. As I'm in the drive thru waiting for her to hand me my card back, an older lady walks some food out to a vehicle, she was limping and you could tell she was in pain. The girls inside the window, including the manager, were making fun of her. Making fun of her being old and the way she was walking. That just broke my heart for her :-( wtf is wrong...read full review
Food was good, but the staff really acted like they hate their jobs🤷🏼♀️
