Had a craving for roast beef and Hubby and I swung over to the Red Bud Exit Arbys. It was about 30 min to close so I do understand folks were busy cleaning ready to go home. We ordered 2 lof the meal combos with the 1/2 pound roast beef. We got home, had our mouth ready, just to see we got the beef and cheddar and it's not fave but I was like, it's ok...till I pulled my sandwich out and it's literally sitting

Guy behind the counter, got an attitude with my wife, when she couldn't decide FAST enough to his liking. Then the girl that checks the orders, was too busy talking to her friend in lobby, to ensure the food was there. Will not be back, we will drive to Cartersville or Dalton!! This location sucks!!

They had an employee wearing a gray beanie on the makeline last night eating food while making orders. He was eating chicken, using the sauce bottles to put sauce on his chicken that they use to put sauce on orders, and then went straight into making food without even washing his hands or replacing the sauce bottle with a clean and sanitized bottle. This store needs shut down!! It's always filthy and the employees are just getting worse.
