Roast beef tasted as if it were overcooked the day before and microwaved on bread that tasted nothing like all other beef n cheedars I've ever eaten before. Fries stale and Sprite tasted half flat.

The customer service was adequate. The curly fries were NOT! I was served fries that were mushy/soft with NO crispy exterior. Arby's curly fries generally have a crispy exterior and a soft, fluffy interior. I only stop at this particular Arby's once a year but frequent others more often. I just may be finding a different stop in Calhoun next year.

I went trough the drive through and everything went smooth!!! I had to wait a couple of minutes due to it being packed but well satisfied with the service and the food!!!
I love Arby's, especially #14, with potato cakes. I drive truck, delivering freights in not only GA, also AL, SC, TN, and FL. This location I visited about 5 times, I assume, I had pretty good experience with good foods, friendly members and not too far from highway. I am so sorry to see some customers had not so good experiences. I wish they all had opportunities to forget all of that...

Had a craving for roast beef and Hubby and I swung over to the Red Bud Exit Arbys. It was about 30 min to close so I do understand folks were busy cleaning ready to go home. We ordered 2 lof the meal combos with the 1/2 pound roast beef. We got home, had our mouth ready, just to see we got the beef and cheddar and it's not fave but I was like, it's ok...till I pulled my sandwich out and it's literally sitting
