The food this visit was hot & fresh and was actually quick. We went a few months ago and our order was wrong so my husband called to let them know and they took his name and told him to bring his receipt and they would replace it, which they did. Everyone we've ever had interactions with either in the drive thru or inside have been pleasant & friendly. Sometimes they are slow but that's anywhere you go.

I love Arby's, especially #14, with potato cakes. I drive truck, delivering freights in not only GA, also AL, SC, TN, and FL.
This location I visited about 5 times, I assume, I had pretty good experience with good foods, friendly members and not too far from highway.
I am so sorry to see some customers had not so good experiences. I wish they all had opportunities to forget all of that...

We had the hottest and freshest fries ever here. However, the soda machine and area needs addressed. The area is dusty, the soda machine nozzles need cleaned as they squirt soda all over your hand and the floor therefore is sticky. But the food we had was good.
