Marco's Pizza is a restaurant that serves great pizza and has excellent customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to make things right, even when the situation is not their responsibility. They offer contactless delivery and online ordering, which makes it easy to get food fast. The pizza is loved by many, and some customers have even noticed that it does not give them indigestion or heartburn. The restaurant also offers other menu items, such as CheezyBread, CinnaSquares, and buffalo wings. A military discount is available, and they have updated their website ordering system to allow for rewards and coupon codes.
Some customers have had issues with their orders, such as a missing ingredient in the hot honey magnifico or a problem with a call-in order. However, the staff has always tried to correct the issues and provide a good experience. The restaurant is clean, and the food is tasty, hot, fresh, and fast. They offer a Legends Unite special, which includes a large pepperoni magnifico for a discounted price, but it is only available online or through the app. Overall, Marco's Pizza is a great option for those looking for good food and excellent customer service. The customers appreciate the kindness and compassion shown by the staff, and many have become regulars, ordering from them multiple times.
