Came in today for a carryout order around 1pm (Sunday Aug 23, 2026). I ordered online and got the texts letting me know when the pizza would be ready. Papa John's Pizza offers a delightful dining experience. The pizza is described as one of the best, looking just like the ones featured in their commercials. Customers praise the friendly staff, from the order-takers to the delivery personnel. The food, including pizza, cheesy bread, and cookies, is consistently delicious and arrives promptly.
The garlic rolls are a customer favorite, described as "to die for" and "so good". The pizza is also highly rated, although some customers wish there was a bit more sauce. The delivery service is prompt and reliable.
However, there have been some mixed reviews, with one customer finding the pizza dough to be soggy and the overall quality lacking. Despite this, the majority of customers are very pleased with their orders, describing the food as "delicious" and better than other pizza chains.
