I am picky with authentic mexican food and this is one of my 2 favorite go to authentic mexican food in calhoun. “It’s just your typical sonic. Quick and easy treats and food. I do love that this one is modernized and offers online ordering. Just make sure you have your order placed and finalized before you enter this parking lot, because you will not have a single bar of service while here. It is a complete black hole and your phone will not work. Haha but other than that, the grape slush, the peach slush and the blackberry sweet tea are my favorite items here.

Parking: You must park. Finding a place during peak hours can be tricky. They almost never have all four parking areas open at the same time.

Kid-friendliness: It’s a drive in, so obviously it’s not a safe place to let children play, but there is a small patio you can get out and eat on that has games and entertaining things for children. Just make sure they are well supervised.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s not necessary. It’s a drive in.“

“I previously swore off Jacks because usually when I go the food was never right, the service is normally horrible, & I leave disappointed. BUT… I have to give credit where credit is due. Today the man working the drive through window at 2:10 pm on 3/7 was so kind. He had a fantastic attitude & smile on his face. He actually talked to me instead of just barking at me to pull up like most of the girls do there. Then he personally brought my meal to my car and the entire order was fresh, HOT, & correct. Whoever that man is, needs a pat on the back and told he’s doing a great job. Thank you sir. You will be the reason I return next time & I hope this trend of service and kindness continues for the company.“

“Got too busy to cook so thought we'd run to Checkers. They had a 4 buck meal deal going on. My son and I ordered the double cheeseburgers, came with fries a small drink, and an apple pie.
The food was hot and fresh and the tase was excellent. The people that took order and served up the meal were courteous and professional. I know none of them so this is an authentic review. Great job for a late night (super affordable) dinner. Thanks!“

“The food this visit was hot & fresh and was actually quick. We went a few months ago and our order was wrong so my husband called to let them know and they took his name and told him to bring his receipt and they would replace it, which they did. Everyone we've ever had interactions with either in the drive thru or inside have been pleasant & friendly. Sometimes they are slow but that's anywhere you go.“

“We stopped here late night while on the road. Above what I expected that late at night. The service was great and the food was great. Definitely not the typical late night fast food experience. If you haven't ever had the Cook Out you are missing out. Haven't been to one yet that was below the standard they set.“
