found a hair in my food and called store and got corporate customer service who said they would open a case and investigate. Wow! crap crap crap customer service
I actually like Chipotle food and want to recommend it, but after trying to lodge this complaint online, having the ‘conversation’ cut short, and being unable to get through by phone, I’m resorting to this page to say that our online order to be picked up at the store was botched. First, my husband had to wait 20 minutes past the time we were given for pickup.
