They refused to put cold cream on my kids refresher drinks. She said it was because they didn't have a way to charge my kids for it. WAY TO GO DUNKIN OF CALHOUN.
Went to the one in Calhoun GA. 6:00pm they were out of ALL donuts and couldn’t refund a mobile order.
All the virtual assistant wanted to do was offer me points and I have to wait up to 48 hrs to talk to a human to get a refund.
They obviously don’t know how to read a sticker and make the coffee the way I ordered it! They gave me coffee that tasted TERRIBLE so I had them remake it and it was still wrong!
