I am picky with authentic mexican food and this is one of my 2 favorite go to authentic mexican food in calhoun. “It’s just your typical sonic. Quick and easy treats and food. I do love that this one is modernized and offers online ordering. Just make sure you have your order placed and finalized before you enter this parking lot, because you will not have a single bar of service while here. It is a complete black hole and your phone will not work. Haha but other than that, the grape slush, the peach slush and the blackberry sweet tea are my favorite items here.

Parking: You must park. Finding a place during peak hours can be tricky. They almost never have all four parking areas open at the same time.

Kid-friendliness: It’s a drive in, so obviously it’s not a safe place to let children play, but there is a small patio you can get out and eat on that has games and entertaining things for children. Just make sure they are well supervised.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s not necessary. It’s a drive in.“

“Got too busy to cook so thought we'd run to Checkers. They had a 4 buck meal deal going on. My son and I ordered the double cheeseburgers, came with fries a small drink, and an apple pie.
The food was hot and fresh and the tase was excellent. The people that took order and served up the meal were courteous and professional. I know none of them so this is an authentic review. Great job for a late night (super affordable) dinner. Thanks!“

“The food this visit was hot & fresh and was actually quick. We went a few months ago and our order was wrong so my husband called to let them know and they took his name and told him to bring his receipt and they would replace it, which they did. Everyone we've ever had interactions with either in the drive thru or inside have been pleasant & friendly. Sometimes they are slow but that's anywhere you go.“

“Always friendly service, I think they are very underrated. Sometimes it make a few mins to get food but manly if its busy. Ive had a few different items. The merry meal deal is great along with chicken strips, and cheese burger and chicken sandwich. All great so far. They had a great selection of ice-cream or shakes.“

“This was my first visit to Cook Out. We were going to go to Buc-ee's. We like going there but their sandwiches are about $8. My husband suggested Cook Out -- well, 6 of us ate for $40, and everybody left full!
Having Coke floats as a basic option as part of a meal is pretty cool.
On top of that, the staff was super friendly. I'm glad we came!“
