Due to having an at-risk household, my husband and I have been depending primarily on pickups during the pandemic. After multiple bad experiences at this location, we have come to learn that the service at this particular location is absolutely atrocious. It doesn't matter whether we show up early or late for our pickups; it takes FOREVER to receive our groceries and we end up spending nearly an hour waiting in our car every time. Store was clean except the ladies restroom. No toilet paper or seat covers in any of the stalls except 1. Staff were friendly Ang helpful in the store. Once I got to the gas station the young lady was on her phone I asked her what did she say she rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth, and sight and said "I'm on the phone".
