Went to get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Got home, opened biscuit. No egg, biscuit tore up and looked at receipt it charged me 3.99 for sandwich, an extra 0.89 for cheese and no egg with a tore up biscuit. This is like the 4th time we had bad service and bad food.

Will not visit again. Placed an order through the app for some breakfast items but I unfortunately arrived a SINGLE minute after breakfast ended. The employees refused to make the items on my order that were part of the breakfast menu. I asked for a refund and was told it was pending but I have yet to this day to receive it. I visited a week later to inquire about the refund but was given a corporate number that simply hung up on me when I stated what I was calling about. This service is simply awful and I never plan on visiting this location. I do plan on disputing the charge if no refund is given

I live down the road from this McDonald’s and was happy about it being built on this side of town, but the service sucks there is no drink machines in the lobby it’s supposed to be a self serve McDonald’s but you have to rely on the workers to do everything for you but they don’t ever come to the counter. I would like to fill my own cup not rely on the workers to do it when they are already doing a million other things .. the place is never clean to sit in and actually eat.. McDonald’s need to bring back workers and the traditional McDonald’s setting not AI And speakers. You can’t even order or talk to an actual person most of the time it’s talking though machines ..
I love this mcdoanlds, I recommend going there for a bite.

I go there every day at least 3 times a day for coffee alone. Today I went they lied and told me they don't have premium roast coffee which is what they advertise and what I have been getting since they opened they also told me they only sell decaf coffee which is also a lie so instead of them just making the coffee or correcting the issue they'd rather lie. They also told me they don't give out creamers and sugar packets anymore and this is what the African American lady that works there said. The Hispanic worker in there was full of attitude and whether they were having a bad day or whatever they are in the customer service business. I will not be going back there convenient or not. The owner needs to reevaluate who he has working there because I see a lot of business being lost there.
