When I went in there they were in a small rush. I ordered my drink and got it in no less than 8 minutes with several others while they were waiting, with only two girls working in the kiosk. One server in particular stuck out to me and I asked for her name, which was Ansley. She was friendly, respectful, and made small talk with me which I really appreciated as most people won’t try. Overall the drink was good, service was good, and everyone was very friendly!

I have said many many times this is by bar the best Starbucks ever. Then today happened. Not sure where the usual ladies are, they are great!l employees. Today was a horrible experience for many reasons. Order was 30 MINUTES late. Tried to be understanding because they were definitely more busy than usual. That said one girl was very obviously aggravated throwing empty milk cartons and had a nasty look on her face the whole time. Of course that would be the one to make my drink and literally the worst coffee I’ve ever had. It was brown milk no exaggeration. Bought a brown sugar shaken espresso per usual with sweet cream only for it to have no sweet cream, no cinnamon, no ice, and taste terrible. Pay $9-10 for an overpriced coffee for it to be horrible after waiting for 30 mins. She most definitely needs to quit or be fired. That jobs is OBVIOUSLY not for her what so ever! You know who you are. The only reason I didn’t give it one star is simply because all the girls that are usually there do a fantastic job.

I gave some instructions and they seemed annoyed by it. Then they turned their backs, as if to hide that they weren’t following them. The price is high already for not received a simple drink and my cup wasn’t even filled. Normally I wouldn’t mind cause I understand we all get tired at work or whatever we don’t have always a good day but I didn’t like feeling tricked.

Waited in line, in the store for 30 minutes to place an order, just for every single online order to be filled first. Only 1 employee, no communication on why customer in the store were waiting and be passed by online orders. Very unprofessional. Communication is key in any business. The employee wouldn't even make eye contact with the customers waiting in the store.

One worker specifically, name starts with a G, consistently makes drinks wrong. Wish I knew when the other girl was working. Hate doing a mobile order to walk in and see that employee because I know my drink is going to be wrong and gross.

Service was awful. Worker made my order completely wrong(I bought a frapp and received iced coffee that didn't even taste similar) and refused to do anything about it.
