Waited in line, in the store for 30 minutes to place an order, just for every single online order to be filled first. Only 1 employee, no communication on why customer in the store were waiting and be passed by online orders. Very unprofessional. Communication is key in any business. The employee wouldn't even make eye contact with the customers waiting in the store.

Service is ALWAYS exceptional no matter which Starbucks I go to. I dont drink coffee and it is a tad bit overpriced for me, but my husband loves it. Every Starbucks I go to, the employees are always happy and have great customer service. Even if it is 6am. I dont know where they find these people, but they do well and finding great employees. Lol
