My homie was hungry and ordered chicken strips. Though she did not specify that she would like for them to actually be COOKED, it would be safe for you guys to assume so in these situations. She could've just picked up a chicken and bit it tbh. Hojangles.

We live near this location and on occasion stop here. This location has significantly gone down hill within the past year. They seem to never be open. Breakfast seems to still be pretty busy. I don't mind waiting for food by any means, but THIRTY minutes, if not longer, is absurd. We only ordered blueberry biscuits, 2 orders of biscuits and gravy, small bo rounds and a drink. The lady working the window was polite and tried her best. I have worked in the food industry for a long time and understand the lack of having employees and nowadays just simply having employees that have ANY work ethic whatsoever. There wasn't anything that made me go out of the way to eat here to begin with, other than switching up my breakfast options. After this last visit I won't be returning again.

Not only did it take over 10 minutes just to order a coffee through the drive-through, but when I went to the window and paid, the child asked me if I wanted my change back! REALLY! As I pulled away, the cap felt very light to me. I opened the lid, only to find the cup was halfway filled. Disgraceful!!!Where is the manager?

Waited in a huge line, got to the box and evidently the speaker is having problems because she couldn’t hear me. I ended up having to scream my order over and over into the box. I get to the window and I asked the person in the window to please repeat the order to make sure it was correct before I paid. He shoved a receipt in my face and when I said ok, that looks right, he said back that the price in the receipt was what I owe and pointed to the total. I got the impression he thought I was complaining about the price. I told him I just wanted to make sure the order was right, and that I wasn’t worried about the price. That’s when he pulled out the fake “are you having a good day” comment. Got the food and my order was very wrong. The food was greasy and tasted old. I was wondering if the kid in the window put the wrong food in the bag on purpose because of his smug look after he handed it to me. I called several times after I got home and realized we received the wrong food but no one answered. I am also very concerned about the store’s health score. That place needs a complete overhaul of employees and it goes without saying that I will never go back.

Lost a long time customer today. Service is awful, came in, everyone in the back, no one to take your order. Looked over the food at the counter. Chicken looked old, all sides had the lids off, some of the lids had fallen in .the food. You never know if the store is open because no one is ever there and sometimes they just close up early. Might want to look at Chick-fil-A to see why they are always busy. I guess it's back to try KFC again. Ended up walking out, didn't even order

Just went through the drive-through to get some fried chicken tenders and biscuits came with them. The biscuits are raw in the middle. And when I just tried to call to let the store know they’re serving raw biscuits. I was hung up on three times without anyone ever saying hello.

I don’t like restaurants that charge for sauces but i especially hate when they don’t give them to you. The staff is also very unfriendly

Incredibly disappointed in our pickup order. They were out of white meat chicken and had to wait well over 15 minutes for the drive thru order at 6:30pm. Rice was not hot. Green beans were mostly liquid in the container. Sadly, this is not the first experience of mediocre food and indifferent staff that could care less about any sort of pleasantries in the customer service arena. You should perform every task/job with the most positive attitude and do the best you absolutely can in everything you do in life. Especially if this is your income. I really hope y'all get it together at this establishment.

This place closes the dining room at 6pm. At dinner time?The drivethru is open til 7pm... thats not helpful when your in a vehicle that doesn't fit in the drivethru.. We used to go there almost every saturday morning but again, it is hit or miss on getting on the dining room.Last night was the last time they will have the opportunity to disappoint me.
