The staff here are always friendly and professional and the food is good... But Bolinda (the AI ordering system) sucks. It screws up our order almost every time. It's been months of piloting/training the model and it's obviously still trash. If a human performed this poorly, they'd have been fired 5 times over. Why aren't we holding Bolinda to the same standard?

The AI system wasn’t understanding the order so we pulled around and were met with attitude by the woman at the window. They had to bring our food to the car because they didn’t have chicken ready and when we said “thank you” she grunted and walked away. Then we had to go inside for things missing from the order and were met again with attitude. This was not our first interaction with her but it will be our last.
Please stop with the AI voice at the drive thru - it's ability to take an accurate order is 10% of the time. It cuts you off in the middle of your order and or gets it completely wrong. How is that more efficient then a human? We humans prefer speaking to an actual human.
