To charge 4$ to use a credit card is crazy. The food was decent at best. Not great for the price.

Scored some deep fried brussel sprouts on the house. The burger we had was amazing.

Like many reviewers here, we've been here several times and enjoyed it. I rarely give anything a 1-star review (check my reviews out ... mostly 4s and 5s), but tonight was terrible. Service was okay. Food was awful. Smoked salmon dip (app special) was bland and nasty. There were three of us dining and nobody really liked their entree. Mine in particular, a chicken parm special was borderline inedible. Insanely salty chicken and flavorless sauce. With better options all around, even on a Sunday, we won't be returning. The 73 health rating that we didn't notice until we were walking out sealed the deal. If we had spotted that in the beginning we would have saved ourselves from this experience. Too bad. I really liked this place when it first opened up. Looks like another local restaurant will be on its way out soon.

Get the burger the way you want it! Okay... I doubled down on the patty and took half of it home... but was good. I wasn't expecting the burger to be that thick. I also added bacon to my pimento cheese burger, and it did not disappoint! Sweet potato mashed potato was a perfect compliment. Everyone in our party had a great meal and the service was great! This has to be the 4th or 5th time I have eaten here and I have never had a bad meal here.

Our recent visit to Branchwater was both our first and, unfortunately, our last dining experience at this establishment. Initially, I ordered a cosmo martini, but it was overly tart due to an excess of lime juice, prompting me to send it back. However, the waitress appeared annoyed and left the drink on the table. Upon her return, she brought a cranberry and vodka drink on the rocks, which I declined, requesting the cosmo with less lime juice instead. To my surprise, she returned with an empty glass and a spoon, suggesting I remove the ice cubes to make it more like a traditional martini. This encounter set an unfavorable tone for the evening, indicating it would be a challenging experience. Nonetheless, we remained optimistic and ordered two appetizers and our main courses. Despite a 30-minute wait, our entrees were served without the appetizers. When the waitress revisited our table, we had to notify her about the missing appetizers and have them removed from the bill. Additionally, we had to repeatedly ask for drink refills and search for the waitress to request the bill. While the food was satisfactory, it did not exceed expectations. Regrettably, one of our group members ordered the Ahi Tuna, which was overcooked. When we raised this concern to the waitress, she responded with a blank stare. Interestingly, she was training a new employee who apologized to us numerous times, but the main server failed to acknowledge the challenges we encountered. With several superior dining options in downtown Canton, we suggest exploring other establishments over Branchwater for a more gratifying dining experience. Moreover, if there was a Manager present, they certainly remained unseen. Customer service should be a top priority, but in this establishment, it is evident that the quality standards are lacking from the leadership down to the staff

Very underwhelming. Food was basic and flavorless. I expected much more for the price.

BW missed its mark. Branchwater fried shrimp was always excellent. Last night disappointed with the entire breading falling off the shrimp on the plate or at first bite. French fries came cold. Still one of my favorites in Canton. May have been an off night. But, don't screw with the fried shrimp.

Food and service were spot on. Everyone in our group had something different and the food was excellent. Only reason we didn't give five stars is because of the noise level. If you are wanting to carry on a conversation at your table you may want to go somewhere else. Extremely loud!

It's a winner. The food was excellent and great place for a date night. I worked in NYC for 5+ years and ate at many of their steak houses. The Hanger steak reviles any of them with only a small exception. Go get a great steak Canton!!

BLUF: Highly Recommend dining here. Food: Delicious, high quality, and ample sized servings. Staff: Inimitable blend of professionalism and personal attention.Visiting my daughter and son-in-law from out of town and they brought me here for dinner. The dinners, all around, were delicious, with the caveat that grits and risotto were good just not great. But I definitely plan on going back next time I am in town. The food as I said was delicious and reasonably priced, but the professionalism and personal touch of the staff is unimpeachably 5 star.Ally, (hope it spelled it correctly,) our server, had impeccable timing, making sure we had everything that we needed/wanted without being intrusive. Good sense of humor, warm personality, and on top of her game with recommendations and sincerity of service. The manager on duty, Taylor Smith, epitomizes the leadership needed to keep the dining out experience pleasant and worth the price. He interacted well while we waited for out table to make sure that the group felt noticed without false platitudes. When he apologized for the wait - we had a 1830 reservation and didn't get seated until 18 minutes later - I felt the apology was genuine. He made the point of following up after we seated to make sure we were comfortable and happy with teh table placement. Bottom line he was gracious, attentive, and appreciative of our presence; felt more like a guest in his house than a customer in his restaurant.

Our sever was horrible. They were out of the vegetable of the day, she did not tell us just dropped off our plates with a different vegetable. She did even say anything until we asked her. She brought out the wrong cut of steak for my friend. She was not friendly and seemed miserable. They were out of the dessert I wanted (no big deal, it happens). Part of my food was cold (seems to be their specialty, I've been 3 times and they have always been cold). Very disappointed for a $200+ meal. Will not return.

Branchwater never disappoints. Opening with the Brussels sprout appetizer is always a must and great for a party of 4. I had the dijon salmon .. wow, it was so good. It's a bit noisy, as any great spot on a Saturday night can be. The food was so worth it - highly recommend!

Branchwater has started to overcharge for liquor and wine. They've also added a $2 charge for swapping sides with entree orders, and added a 5% credit card fee. If you spend $125 on food and overpriced beverage, an additional 5% for using your Visa, MC, etc., is a terrible choice by mgmt and ownership. I have been loyal to them for many years but that has ended with these new policies. Nearby alternatives have overcharged for years (that's you L.O.N., G.C. and RBC) so Branchwater was the easy option, but not any more.

Rice

The appetizer was a little slow to come out but was delicious. I had the ribeye steak and it was cooked perfectly and had great flavor, but was overall a tough piece of meat. My wife had the scallops which she said were really good, but the risotto was under cooked. The dessert were also really good. I had two different draft beers and both tasted watered down, which I think was due to the glasses having ice on them from being frozen.
