“The staff is awesome. you are always treated like family ! My wife and I absolutely LOVE Perottas in every way. I love calamari and it is always absolutely perfectly cooked, never a trace of rubbery calamari like so many other places we've tried all over the country. The salads are huge and delicious as are the subs and everything else ! This is our place to go for lunch or dinner. If you haven't dined here, you're missing out on a wonderful dining experience in a FAMILY OWNED establishment. we are headed there today for lunch ! A++++++++++++“

“I just went in there to get 40 bucks of food for my family. I SCREWED UP and accidentally put the wrong time, I didn't realize how they cooked it so fast. So I had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes, they were really nice and really caring. Food was amazing for the price, my dish total was like 14 Ish dollars. I can probably get 4 meals out of it. About 3.50 per meal, which for a complete dinner is amazing. My parents loved the food too. Love this place not sure why it has only 4.3 stars instead of higher.“

“We just had the best experience at Taco Mac! When we first walked in we saw someone who wasn't really ok with waiting for a table and he was incredibly rude to the manager and the manager handled it like the professional he is. We were seated at our table and had the best service. There was a slight issue with one of our meals and the manager came over, before we even knew there was an issue, and explained the situation. He did everything to make sure we were happy and checked on us several times just to make sure. It was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back. It helps to remember that people in the service industry can only do their jobs to the best of their ability and being rude to the staff or anyone, doesn't make them do things quicker or the way you want. Thank you to the staff at Taco Mac for handling our party of 7 with a smile and great service.“

“I tried for over an hour to order by way of the app, but I finally went in and showed the girl at the register what I'd tried to do. Although she wasn't able to fix it (she said maybe the app was down, so try again later) but she did give me the discount and said to come back in 10 minutes. I went and got gas and was back 10 minutes later with 2 fresh out of the oven pizzas, both delicious and hot! Thanks so much!“

“We eat here once a week to two times a month. Typically EVERYONE is nice, courteous ect and our order is typically correct whether delivery or carry out.We usually order using the pick 2 coupon and almost every time we have the same order of 3 orders of the chicken bites, a Med Pizza and one or 2 pasta dishes. There is no option for extra sauce for the pasta so we call in immediately after the order to add it. Typically noone has an issue with this, but tonight maybe because it was a carryout just before the cut off time the man answering the phone seemed aggravated and was not even remotely polite. This is not typical of this store at all, he spoke with an accent, didn't get his name. I still give 5 stars for the order and normal service, but hope something is addressed with him.“

“This was a great Zaxby's location. It was clean and easy to get in and out of. The service was excellent and the food didn't disappoint! We will come back soon! We had a salad, chicken strips, shrimp, fries and drinks. If was all great.“

“I placed an order online at 9:50 AM. The store did not open till 10. The employee who opened the store was late so they did not get my order. The order is supposed to be delivered at 11 around 1120. I called talk to the manager, Ryan and explain to him and he said that his employee showed up late so he expedited my order And took care of me. Very impressed on the Customerservice. “I’m unsure of the names but the entire crew who was working At 2:45 PM February 17 is absolutely incredible. Nothing was missed. They asked me questions that I’ve never been asked from a Zaxby’s before service is beyond incredible. Food was perfect. I would drive 45 minutes out of my way just to come back to this specific Zaxbys alone just because of the crew working I’ve never felt like family in a fast food restaurant before until today.“

“We love the food and sauces. I like the Freestyle pop machines as well to make my own drinks. Service was fast and friendly. My only complaint is a corporate policy were they charge you for sauces! I wanted to try a few of the flavors and was told that they were an up charge! Most other restaurants will give you sauces. It is frustrating especially if you get a big meal and you only get the same amount of sauce as a small meal. We will probably stick to Chick-fil-A in the future because of this.“
