“We eat here once a week to two times a month. Typically EVERYONE is nice, courteous ect and our order is typically correct whether delivery or carry out.We usually order using the pick 2 coupon and almost every time we have the same order of 3 orders of the chicken bites, a Med Pizza and one or 2 pasta dishes. There is no option for extra sauce for the pasta so we call in immediately after the order to add it. Typically noone has an issue with this, but tonight maybe because it was a carryout just before the cut off time the man answering the phone seemed aggravated and was not even remotely polite. This is not typical of this store at all, he spoke with an accent, didn't get his name. I still give 5 stars for the order and normal service, but hope something is addressed with him.“
“I ordered lunch at 12 pm despite the low rating reviews for this location. I'm happy I did as I received my order about 30/40 minutes later. The food was excellent: Pizza, steak and cheese sandwich, wings. My order was complete and delivered quickly by a friendly and respectful driver. Thank you Domino's.“
“Initially, this location was quite exemplary in all regards, and was consistent in this level of service. And don't misunderstand the next bit of what I'm saying.. lately the crew has been struggling to excel like they used to. And I don't think it's from lackluster management, or any one other particular factor for that matter.
It's all the things: people that don't want to work like they used to, more costly supplies, more expensive gas, etc.. I've still got loyalty for them, but only for lack of a better option. And I get that logistics is logistics, so the occasional cold pie is forgiveable.. but when more than one order takes it's time getting delivered, and looks like it was made by someone who would rather be doing something else... It kinda erodes that sense of loyalty I mentioned. They're not bad, by any stretch.. but they ain't the rock stars they used to be..“
“I always do pickup rather than delivery: some of the negative reviews reflect a bad delivery experience. I have seen the quality of the pizza improve in the past year. I always order gluten-free, with various veggie topping combinations. The veggie freshness has improved and so has presentation. I don’t think they’re as greasy as they used to be either. Alfredo sauce base is good as well as regular red sauce. Husband orders traditional crust, not a huge fan but says it has improved. Have not had problems with the app except one time. Be aware that if you try to call you don’t get the store, you get a call center. Sometimes they will put you through to the store but depending on how busy they are they may not pick up. They do get slammed sometimes. They do seem understaffed lately compared to past years which puts a lot of stress on the workers. Overall for the pricing, with coupons always available for pickup orders, I think the quality is decent. The next closest pizza place that does delivery is 2.5x higher.“
“Ordering online is always very easy and convenient, and the Employees that deliver my order to me are always PUNCTUAL and VERY NICE! Even the one time that I had a SMALL ISSUE with my order, I spoke with a Manager and She MORE than made it up to me. I DEFINITELY recommend THIS DOMINOS!“
