Domino's Pizza in Cumming

“I think this dominoes gets a really bad rap. I've ordered delivery from them now about four times it has always been on time hot and fresh and I've never had any issues. This last delivery we had an issue with our cheesy bread it was undercooked I called the store they were very friendly and said that they would make it right by giving me another cheesy bread and another pizza and soda. That in my opinion is good business and quite frankly their delivery service is a heck of a lot less expensive and a heck of a lot faster than all of the third-party competitors. In addition their delivery people are super friendly.“

“I eat here a lot, tonight 2 people working in the store, and 2 drivers, 1 person was making all the food, I didn't get his name. On a busy Saturday this guy made all our food perfect! Thank you for your hard work, my family appreciates it!“

“I really enjoy the service here! The manager is always hard at work but does a great job acknowledging customers and tending to their needs. The screen is a really cool feature to let you know how far along your pizza is or if it is ready. Really nice touch! Love this location!Parking: About 10 spots. Can get crowded here.“

“Pizza is always decent, nothing to complain. The staff tries hard but are unfortunately understaffed. Online orders go through fine, but getting someone on the phone is near impossible. So make sure you have everything checked properly before placing your order online, as you wouldn't be able to talk to someone at the store after the order is placed.Also on weekends l, wait times can be 45 mins to an 1-hour (that's typical of most stores though). One helpful tip is to NOT trust the Domino app time-estimates, as I have had to wait even after reaching the store fairly later than promised times.
