“This place is not only the most delicious pizza EVER (I’m a big pizza person and have tried a lot of pizza places) but the price was worth it and the people that work there are so sweet. I was extremely moved by how they are managing the employees and service. It’s such a great and refreshing thing to see in this day and age accepting all and anyone with needs to work and share their love. Me and my kids will definitely be back!!!! Met the owner too and was so so sweet. Highly recommend.“

“My favorite local place to go, I dine here once a week. This is a happy place to go - family business and you can tell they care. The service is always great, young and friendly staff and everyone seems happy to be there. All the servers are good, but one of my favorites is Victoria, she's always so sweet and on the ball. The food is very good but a minor complaint is that it never comes out hot enough for my taste. I'd also love to see some combo type lunch specials during the week. Overall, they are doing a great job!“

“I am originally from Chicago. I have tried a number of different Italian restaurants and no one can compare to Rosati's. I am originally from Chicago, I have been living in the coming area for 21 years. Rosattis is a true original Chicago style pizza. I would recommend them to anyone.

“I get a pizza or sandwich from here weekly. Delivery guys are great, especially Brian. Pickup can be tough due to lack of parking when other businesses are open. Food is consistently good and ready when they say it will be. Kitchen is clean. No dine-in.“

“The pizza and wings are great! The service is terrible! Order take out only! We went last week and our order came out wrong multiple times after waiting over 45 min to get it. The server rarely came to the table so we had to get up and ask for plates, silverware and refills. We watched food just sit in the windows for over 20 minutes. We were there for 2 hrs with kids and left with our food in to go boxes.“

Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza is great. One of our go-to items. Produce is always very fresh!!!

Parking: Handicapped parking is not close by. The spots immediately in front of the door are for takeaway orders. Not ideal.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is technically accessible but the wheelchair van parking isn't near the door. Definitely could use updating.“

“We have recently started eating at the location and they truly care to do a great job for their customers. The food and service is good. The dining area is also very welcoming. How can you go wrong when you get to select all the items and watch them make your pizza. We discovered the MegaDough option which makes for a nice thicker crust. It is a game changer.“

“The food here is delicious. Our server Tiffany was delightful, professional and attentive. We had two issues- if you swap a side, they do not reduce the price of the orher side by the value of the first. I wanted brussel sprouts and no fries. They were going to upcharge me the full $8.00 even though I wasn’t getting the fries. And then the bill came and there is a Convenience charge of 4% added automatically and there is no indication what it is for. The manager, Denise, explained that it is to cover credit card charges and she removes it if you pay cash. Nowhere did it clearly state that. Oh and by the way- they no longer so the two appetizers for the price of one on Fridays. Will have to think about returning.“

“I come and get pizza here often, I wish I could leave a full 5-stars but this place is really struggling to keep a consistent staff. I went in there for one pizza and waited 45 minutes for one pizza because they were so far behind. I would love to see the management get some decent staffing here because all the guys there were not only new but overwhelmed!“

“Your website is awful to use - we are unable to order half specialty pizza (ie pepperoni lovers) and half just toppings and it is very difficult to tell what we actually HAVE ordered - other than that the restaurant has done a PHENOMENAL JOB serving us quality pizzas after we had given up on Pizza hut for YEARS and just decided we missed it and wanted to give it a try one more time :)“

“I moved here from New York many years ago. I am always on a quest for great Italian food. It is very hard to find good pizza in Georgia, it’s rare! I just found this place and tried the spaghetti with meatball to see how the sauce is and the meatball quality. The dish doesn’t lie! I knew I was in for a treat when I saw fresh basil on the sauce and meatballs. The sauce was fantastic and the meatball was the best I’ve had in Georgia! I am pumped about trying the pizza on my next visit! If you like Italian food, you won’t be disappointed!“

“This was our Second visit to this jewel of a restaurant. The Food was excellent and so was the service. They have good outdoor seating area and we were lucky with the weather so were able to sit there. The focaccia bread is delicious. Wow. We enjoyed the sea bass and the clam scallop mussells shrimp spicy marinara. The only food item less than perfect was the tough broccolini. Qe sure plan to eat there again.“

I love the Greek salad because it comes with so much on it, especially compared to other places, and we usually get a large pizza that will feed two adults and two kids plus a few slices left over. Bruschetta was really good, lots of tomatoes and savory seasoning.“

“I order from this Papa John’s store frequently because my grandkids love their pizza and wings. Tonight the delivery was taking longer than usual and when I called to find out where my pizza was the shift leader, Alex answered the phone, he was kind, patient and professional, even though I was slightly upset that it was taking so long for our pizza to be delivered. He offered to credit me for the pizza and even offered to send a new one out. I told him that wouldn’t be necessary. We would just wait for our pizza to arrive. We finally got our pizza and then about 15 minutes later a different driver showed up with a fresh and hot pizza. I told the driver to tell Alex thank you but that was not necessary and then a short time later my phone rang and it was Alex just checking to make sure that I received the pizza, this was an incredible example of customer service. Alex went out of his way to turn a bad situation around and did it with great professionalism. I hope his manager reads this because he needs to be praised for his actions. Thank you Alex!“
