“This place is amazing! Jose went above and beyond when I called to ask questions about having a friends birthday here. So kind and though he told me he couldn’t make reservations necessarily, when we walked in there was a reserved table. He made delectable birthday cannolis and delivered out to our table! The food was amazing from the garlic knots to the pizza to the cannolis. The staff was so kind and they let us stay and talk literally until closing time. This was our first time there and we will definitely go back! Highly recommend for great food and outstanding service!!“

I had the worst pizza experience of my life with papa John’s tonight. The messed up my order big time, delivered the wrong pizzas to me, put me on hold for 10 minutes then told me to cancel my order because they were too busy.

So I decided to hit Pizza Hut… I put my order in for carry out, wait 30 minutes then head into the store to pick it up. I walk in and show the guy my order and they tell me they don’t have it and that their online ordering system isn’t working… I’m like great here we go again. But everyone in that’s tore, manager included, helped put my order in and get it out so quickly. Everyone working today at 7pm are hero’s. You saved my faith in pizza places. Screw papa John’s, I’ll never order there again. Pizza Hut has my business for life because of tonight. Thank you!“

“This year we ordered our rosca from this family-owned bakery for our family, and it was absolutely delicious. You can really taste the care and tradition they put into everything they make. “I ordered 3 pizzas on Friday night, the food and customer service was among the best I’ve had with fast food pizza spots. the 2 young men that prepared my food Nik and Ansh I think was their names, where very professional and polite I received my order in a timely fashion in addition to the tremendous customer service the food itself was amazing, good healthy sized portions and quality.

At first I was skeptical of this place due to some recent reviews that I have seen online about unclean working environment but that couldn’t be further from the truth I highly recommend to dine at this location located on cumming highway sugar hill I most definitely will be returning soon with my friends and family“

“We were in town visiting friends and got a gluten free pizza from here and would 100% recommend! My son has celiac disease and when I called ahead of time to ask how the pizza was prepared the woman on the phone was very helpful. They cannot guarantee no cross contamination but explained they would make it in the back separate from where other pizzas are prepared using ingredients that are separate from the ones they use on their main line. It’s cooked in a separate metal pan, glove change/washed hands, etc. She verified the toppings we wanted were all gluten free. I felt comfortable with these precautions and the pizza was delicious. Bbq Chicken Pizza w/o onions and cilantro. 💕“

“Save your money….. conveyor belt oven on pre-made crust, flash frozen sausage like dominos. We were so hoping to have another option for a real NY style pizza. The place is real nice and the staff were all attentive. While eating our pie, the wife and I were discussing the appearance and taste when one of the managers visited the table. It was our first visit and I complemented them on the staff and atmosphere. While chatting, I asked about their ovens. I mentioned that I had been in the pizza business in the past and I recognized that the crust had not been cooked on a hot stone/pizza oven. The manager said yea we use the conveyor chain ovens to keep up with the volume. We then discussed the sausage that was revealed to be flash frozen. Upon further observance and looking at other pies coming out, it appeared that the crust may be pre made as well. We notice no bubbles or irregularities the are usually found while doing hand tossed. Conclusion. Atmosphere and staff are great, but the pies? If you want an inexpensive pie with frozen inexpensive ingredients settle for the dominos pizza and save yourself a good bit of money.“

“True authentic New York pizza. ( I know because I've had NYC pizza in NYC before) It was very light and I did not feel stuffed. I was greeted with a warm smile and it felt very inviting. I will definitely go back. It was my first time and worth it.

“Barbara gave us such excellent customer service that we will be back for sure. The food was amazing! The wings were juicy with a little bit of crunch and the perfect amount of sauce and paired with fries that are baked and oh so good! The calzone was delicious and cheesy. Yum! Mango lassi is always a favorite of mine and thanks to Barbara it was also really yummy.
This place is not much to look at, and the air conditioning is awful ( I feel bad for the people that have to work there), but the food is worth it.“

“I visited this location after reading their reviews. I didn't say that to the staff, I just walked in, placed my order and observed. I was greeted upon entering, and shortly after, my order was placed. The place was clean and quiet, but workers were busy preparing orders. I'm a stickler for santitation and observing to see if hands were being washed after money transactions or gloves were being changed. I was pleasantly suprised to see the two workers I observed changing their gloves and washing their hands OFTEN....without being asked. No one wants to think that their food is being improperly handled or that the entire prep station is contaminated because of poor sanitation. The pizza was made and sliced like I requested and it's DELICIOUS!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CHECK OUT THIS TEAM! I drove over 30 minutes and will do it over and over again when I want pizza. However, the chicken tenders were not the highest quality of scene and it tasted a little bit weird like it was not something I would enjoy but it’s fine I really like the unintentional white noise in the background.
