Met Matt today. He was very friendly and helpful and even engaged in conversation with me when I picked up the fundraiser pamphlet. Please give him a bonus or raise. It’s very rare to find establishments with good customer service.

The crew was so pleasant on the phone and appreciative that I called ahead of time because they only make a handful of personal pans a day.
