Food was good! Definitely make a reservation before going though. Parking is a little rough since it’s like a small downtown area.

Downtown Kitchen is the kind of place you don’t just visit — you remember.
Tucked into the heart of downtown Canton, this hidden gem feels like a world of its own, a warm refuge just north of Atlanta where time seems to slow the moment you walk through the door.
Chef Cory crafts dishes with the kind of care and creativity that can only come from decades of passion. Every plate feels like a small celebration, every flavor deliberate, confident, and beautifully balanced. After 21 years in business, the restaurant radiates the polish of experience while still carrying the spark of something fresh and alive.
The atmosphere is intimate and inviting, the kind of space where conversations linger and meals feel like occasions. And the staff gracious, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — elevates the experience beyond what even many five‑star restaurants can offer. Their warmth makes you feel less like a customer and more like a cherished guest. Celebrating their 21st anniversary felt like being part of a milestone for a place that has become a cornerstone of the community. Here’s to the next 21 years of extraordinary meals, unforgettable evenings, and the magic that only Downtown Kitchen seems able to create.

Parking was the hardest part of our experience however that was mainly due to an event going on. Beyond that the service was fast and friendly. The food was cooked perfectly however the flavor profile was not for me, for my wife however, she loved it. The dessert was the best part for me as it was delicious. I would come back for dessert alone! My wife would come back for the whole experience. Despite the flavor profile not being for me I still give it 5/5 due to other aspects such as friendly staff, environment, and quality of food. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a rather refined dining experience!

Excellent food!! I had the salmon, beer cheese soup, and bread with there dipping sauce. It was some of the tastiest food I've had in a while! My wife had the Hanger Steak medium rare and it was excellent too! They where really busy that night and service was a little slow but understandable.

We love the restaurant, have been there about 5or 6 times, had very good service and the food was good. We felt that the food we ordered was a little over cooked, should have been a little more rarer than we ordered! But overall a good experience!
Love this place! Our oldest daughter only is able to visit us once a year and this is her favorite restaurant to visit when she's in town. Wonderful meal and kind service as always!

The Wednesday night special, prime rib, was perfectly cooked and delicious. The server checked on us many times it was very helpful with what specials they had that night.
We had a great meal and our server Raven was a total delight!!! I had the prime rib special and my husband had the swordfish. Downtown Kitchen Is a hidden gem in Canton!!!
I so enjoyed myself going here. You are spoilt with some brilliant food and the specials were delicious. I had lamb and potatoes with chef veg, green beans, and I have been thinking about it all the following day! The service was brilliant. A great big thank you. My only one star short was i thought it could had looked a little cosier or classier inside. The tea light were a nice touch but felt more could be done.
Normally, trying a new-to-me menu item is a risk. Not true at Downtown Kitchen. Tonight, I tried the spaghetti pomodoro with wagyu meatballs. It was amazing! Other delights tonight were the Spinach Artichoke dip and the beer cheese soup. Close your eyes and point at the menu. You're sure to find a new favorite every time.

Our entrees were delicious and flavorful, and as always, the exceptional service provided by Nick was a pleasure to experience. It was also a pleasure to meet Ali.
