We had 4 adults and 3 out of 4 had good food, but I was the only one who ordered a steak and supposedly this is a steak place. My steak was extremely under cooked, I ordered it medium-well and it came out medium-rare. Not the reason for the bad review, it’s what happened next, they charred the same piece of meat that I’d already cut up and brought it back to the table burnt. For the prices they’re charging, they can afford to prepare you a new steak cooked properly. Extremely disappointed!!

We had a lovely meal here. We were greeted nicely when we came in. The restaurant is cozy. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. We ordered the buffalo chicken fritters, and hanger steak wontons to start and then the ribeye with a potato and Brussels sprouts. It was all delicious! We really enjoyed our meal and will definitely return!

Went to Downtown Kitchen for the first time a few weeks ago and were impressed. We met one of the owners (Allie?) and she was super nice and wanted to make sure we had a great experience. The atmosphere and food were right on! Our favorite was the hanger steak, and we will be returning to try even more of their delicious food.

Morgan was an excellent waitress. She explained all the specials and answered all our questions. We were a party of 6. This is our third time to eat here and every time it has been very good. My only complaint is that even though the restaurant was not overly crowded, it was loud and hard to hear. But the food and the service were excellent. This restaurant is one of our favorite places to eat in Canton.

Had the prime rib special. Was very good. Well seasoned. The best part of the meal was the Caesar salad. Bread they brought was good but presentation was skimpy. I slice of bread torn into bite-size pieces definitely is not a good look. Server was excellent.

Mike was a wonderful server; knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. The food was excellent. We were seated upstairs and it was a lovely, intimate, and quiet atmosphere that was perfect for a much needed date night. We would absolutely recommend Downtown Kitchen highly to family and friends.

I wife and I dined at DK last night for Valentine's Day. This is our first together after getting married last August. The service was excellent! The wine was excellent! My filet was a tad overcooked (I asked for medium/ rare, it was clearly medium) but it still tasted very good. My wife had the trout, which was also excellent. The booth that we were in (last one by the door) could use a refresh. Overall very good dining experience.
