The experience was excellent the pizza was trash the lady that served me was an excellent post she helped me out for selection but the pizza wasn't good

Called in an order to pick up….big mistake… First of all they have the wrong address listed so 15 mins later we finally found Pizza Hut then they messed up our order so much that is not even close to what we ordered so they had to remake our pizzas then they got it wrong again. How does that happen. We tried to order on line but their system was down yet again. I will never ever ever visit this Pizza Hut location again.

Poor customer service, first time permanent hold 15 minutes then hang up second hang on call for me a whole 10 minutes and after that, they told me we’re not service in your area which is 2 miles away from here

I made an order at 7:03p on Monday October 3. It was supposed to be delivered at 735… I waited until 805 to call for an update. To my surprise I spent over an hour on the phone just trying to get someone to answer at the local store. Finally at 905p I made an order from Papa Johns. Then while still on hold with the local store still trying to get them to answer the delivery shows up. I told the delivery guy it was over an hour and a hate and I had zero communication from the store so they could keep it. I understand being under staffed… but communication is key. I would have been upset but understanding if they would have just answered the phone or somehow let me know the order was still In the works. As it is I did not accept the delivery. And will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again

We pre ordered Detroit style pizza and wings for the 7:30 night football games. The food was prepared with perfect timing as scheduled. The pizza and wings both had excellent flavor. The staff working were nice and thanked me for my business

The pizza is very very dry, we ordered extra sauce and it was almost sauce less. The crust was way too hard to bite through. The pizza had very little flavor. We ordered two pepperoni pizzas and both were supposed to be puffy non flat crusts. It was almost like they tried to do both flat and fluffy at the same time. The only saving somewhat saving grace was the speed it was delivered which was also not super great.

After waiting an hour for our food to be delivered, which we didn't mind, we received cold soggy pizza, hard breadsticks and cinnamon sticks that were tough to chew and stuck to the box. They forgot an order of our boneless wings, and they also forgot all of our dipping sauces. When I called the store, they put me on hold to see if the driver can come back. I eventually hung up after being on hold for 15 minutes. The driver never came back. I then called again and the girl that answered the phone said the manager was unable to speak with me and she would relay a message. I told her to credit me back the cost for the boneless wings and dipping sauces. She said she would relay the message. I don't expect any credit. We will not be using Pizza Hut again and most certainly will not recommend Pizza Hut. We'll be using Dominos moving forward.

It's a Pizza Hut carry out, delivery store nestled in a shopping center at the Macedonia community in North Cherokee County. My first order & visit to them. Placed an internet order about quarter after 9 and I rolled up about 9:45pm/close at 10pm. Store looked crisp and clean. A young man working the oven area promptly came to the front counter when I opened the door and was friendly during tranaction. The pizza was delicious: medium pan meat lovers. Definitely will be ordering from these folks again!

Everytime I order from here they mess up my order.... now they have no regular crust only thin and no bread sticks not to mention it was painful even trying to give them my order. Also they refused to honor the deals they had online, probably because they were out of everything. Never again

I placed an order on Sunday for a delivery. I had a pizza, boneless wings, and some of the cinnamon rolls. After waiting the normal amount of time the guy rolled up and told me he didn't have the wings. He went back to the store to get the wings and by the time the wings made it to my place, the rest of my food was cold. I'm not one to complain often but c'mon guys. No compensation, no fresh food? Even the wings you could tell were just dying in the window waiting for him to come back and get them. I love pizza and this was probably just a fluke but it was a super disappointing experience. I attached a picture of the wings and it just makes me sad to look at. I should've gotten some nuggets and thrown a lil splash of sauce on myself. The food industry is the most important industry and I'm all for making mistakes and fixing them.
