Pizza Hut Express

Ordered two pizzas at 5:35, original email said the eta was 6:05. Sitting there watching tracker and at 6:23 the order says it's been delivered. I go downstairs to look for it and there's nothing there. I check by my garage door, around the bench on the porch. My husband even drove around the neighborhood to a house that has the same house number as us and we often get each other's mail, but there was nothing. Ordered pizza at 4:15 for 5:30 delivery…at 5:50 I called to check on the pizza since it was 20 minutes late and was told it was “in the oven and next to go out”. At 6:15, Brett called to tell me they couldn’t deliver it but if I wanted to come pick it up they would give me 50% off, which was basically $6 since it’s was a $12.99 deal. At 6:40 a delivery driver called me to ask if I still wanted the pizza that was made almost an hour ago…ummm, no thanks. Will never order...read full review

I shared this on the website review from my receipt, but thought I should do it here as well.
We ordered a Detroit style pizza a thin and crispy pizza and an order of breadsticks. The thin and crispy was terrible. It came out absolutely overcooked. The cheese was almost crunchy that’s how over cooked it was. There was hardly any sauce underneath the cheese to help with the moisture and the pepperoni was almost brown. We also asked for the thin and crispy to be cut in squares....read full review
