Order date was 6/25/22 Called my order in spoke with Austin who was Amazing super friendly, kind and courteous. Took time to go over menu and pricing to help me make the best decision for my budget. When I mentioned why I was being so specific (one pie was for my 87 yr old father) he actually threw in a extra perk for such a special guest food was ready when picked up and what we came up with was actually pretty good. I'll return for the customer service alone.

Pizza Hut is a popular restaurant that offers a variety of delicious pizza options. Despite a few minor issues, the overall customer experience at this location seems to be positive.
One customer had a situation where they accidentally placed two orders, but the staff handled it well. They attempted to contact the customer to verify the order, and when the customer arrived, the staff member recognized the problem and offered the extra pizza, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
Another customer, Sherri, a manager at the restaurant, also went above and beyond in addressing a misunderstanding with an order. She apologized and offered the customer a free pizza, showcasing her excellent customer service skills and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
However, one customer did express some concerns about the timeliness of their order and the staff's knowledge of menu prices. Despite these minor issues, the majority of the reviews suggest that Pizza Hut provides a generally positive dining experience for its customers.
