Pasta is great here. Norcina had homemade Italian sausage and mushroom. Place is really clean and nice design. Great date spot. But we had 2 little ones and it works out great for families as well.

First time visitor and grading on my purchases and nothing else. Ordered the Station 16, a hot sandwich with capicola, caponato and provolone. The hoggie roll was huge, more bread than anyone should eat at one sitting. The capicola was drawfed by the bread and caponato. Capicola is normally fatty but this was over the top. The caponato was interesting, tasteful and too much. The meat was luke warm at its best. Not a bad sandwich but not one I'd order again. My wife ordered the St Joseph which was a pretty much a chicken parmesan hoggie. Again, the bread was huge and really not necessary. The chicken was slightly over cooked and the sandwich was sloppy to hold. Not that one ever again. Service was excellent, staff friendly and the room itself was inviting. However, when I spend $50 I don't expect to pick-up my own place setting, napkin or carry out box. The only drinks available were out of a cooler and no fountain drinks. That's not my cup of tea either. However, POPS is inovative, trendy cute restaurant and needed in downtown Canton. I will return and try something on a plate rather than "a super bun." There were other dishes and the plates I saw were empty signaling something good happening. I think everyone should give them a try.

I have dined at POPS numerous times with both family and friends. The moment I leave I start planning my return visit. Quick service, fresh food and friendly staff. I have had sandwiches, pasta, and salads. All have been excellent!It is a must!

The food was very good and the “waitress” and manager were very attentive. My only issue is I feel like the atmosphere is a bit confused. Everything at face value about the place says, “this is a fancy restaurant”. However as it has fancy aspects, (weighted metal forks, smooth jazz, chandeliers, nice tables and chairs, homemade menu and bottles of wine around the room) it also had non fancy aspects as well. Self order at a counter, no hostess, no designated waiter/waitress, self seating. I was a bit confused as to whether I should throw my trash away or ask the “waitress” for things or go up and ask due to the differing vibes. Now it could be that I went for breakfast and maybe things are different when at lunch or dinner. I just feel it’s trying to be multiple things at once rather than choosing one and sticking to it.

This was our first time here! Fun atmosphere and super friendly staff.My husband got the chicken parm and I got the spaghetti and meatballs. Both were delicious but if I’m being honest, the spaghetti and meatballs was too much. The noodles were very thick in which I think the spaghetti was too heavy.We will definitely come back and try different dishes!
