“We were here last Friday, 3/7/2025 at around 6:30 or so. As soon as we were sat down, we alerted Hunter our service that our 2 year old daughter has Celiac disease. Form there, our service was nothing short of 5 stars. The manager walked us through the gluten free menu and made sure that we understood how the gluten free items were prepared, and even did a quality check on our food before personally running it. We appreciate Hunter and his awesome manager for making sure we had a great experience.“

“If I could give 1 million stars for the service, I would! My husband and I went there with our three year old this evening. Our food was great, as always, and my son wanted to trade in his toy for an ice cream. An amazing lady (wish I remembered her name) told him that he could actually make his ice cream cone. It was such an amazing experience, she let us go back and helped him make his ice cream cone and then everyone cheered for him! The look on his face was priceless, and he smiled for the rest of the day. This was such a heartwarming and positive experience. Thank you for taking the time to truly make a positive impact on people!“

“There are many places to eat for myself and family but I go to this zaxbys 2xs a day for my sweet teas. I wanted to spotlight an employee that goes above and beyond to help. Her name is Arlheya
She always has a smile on her face and is so warm and welcoming! Like I mentioned I'm there minimum 2xs a day bc I'm obsessed with your sweet tea. I don't know if you give bonus 's or raises based on merit but she deserves both. She is an asset to your restaurant 10 stars“

“Manager stated it wasaddressed l policy no to serve a customer within his personal vehicle shirtless, 95° in my own vehicle with my shirt off......I'll gladly take my business elsewhere....Folks ya'll enjoy your shortened chicken finger at an increased menu price increase as every other business had did since "covid".......“

“Absolutely love this place. The food is 10/10 and we always bring our friends and family from out of town we love it so much. It's comfy and casual. The service is always good and the food comes out quick. Brunch is my new favorite. The crab cake was great quality big portion and the avacado toast was phenomenal. Highly recommend checking out brunch as well as dinner.“
