Customer service. Tried placing an order, via phone, from the lunch menu at 2PM. A rude female answered the phone. She seemed that we were inconveniencing her by placing an order of 8 wings & baked ziti. When she told us the final cost we questioned why it was so expensive for lunch. She stated the lunch ziti doesn't come with a salad but you can add one for $3 more.
