The staff at this location are always sweet and very friendly. Every single time a car drives through the drive‑through the staff compliment the car and the order is always correct. Food is always warm and the work is overall amazing. The service is great and the drinks are even better. Customer have discovered a hot latte with cold foam topping and an oat milk shaken espresso that was perfect. The barista wrote “enjoy” on the cup and the cup says “enjoy”. The girl with long brown hair made the drink and she is the best. The staff know how to make drinks and they make them much better than other locations. The location is convenient but sometimes inconsistent; great drinks can be terrible drinks and there is sometimes too much ice. When a drink is bad the staff corrected it for free. The staff treat frustration with genuine empathy, follow through on promises and show personal integrity. Overall the work is a winner.
