Was told that I couldn’t have no bun on the chicken Philly sandwich and the manager said they couldn’t do that! Not to mention rude service by the lady that was running the drive thru. I’m not usually one to complain but this was a terrible experience! They refuse to accommodate my request of no bun due to a gluten gluten allergy.
First off, there was a Skelton crew working and it took less than 4 mins to get my order. The chicken tenders were old and the French fries were undercooked and soggy; obviously had been sitting around for several hours.
I always ask for fries with no salt or seasoning. I stopped in for Vanilla Coke which turned out flat and stale on my second go around. I threw out most of it when I got home.
