The service was fast and friendly and the food came out fresh and yummy! It's been awhile since I've been to Applebee's but I'm ALREADY ready to stop in again! We stopped in and enjoyed the half price appetizers! The portions were so generous, the appetizers were our meal!

I’m a very frequent customer and have always enjoyed ordering from here, but this experience was truly disappointing. I was especially looking forward to the pina colada—I originally wanted two but decided to get just one to stay within budget. Unfortunately, it never arrived. I submitted a report about the missing item, but things got worse when I began eating and found several strands of hair in the food.
As a loyal customer, I expect better quality and care. I truly hope the restaurant takes steps to improve food handling and order accuracy moving forward.
In the end, I was with no pina colada, no meal (because of the hair), and no budget 🤦♀️

73.00 bill for 3 people and the only thing that was worth eating was the mozzarella sticks... Riblets were served cold, my daughter's pasta had a nice long stringy hair in it, my wife's steak was under cooked severely, and the waitress kept touching my daughter on the shoulder and made no real offer to make the issues right. Will not return...

Was very disappointed in the 3.49 upcharge to add cheese to the broccoli that came with the meal also the 3.49 upcharge for sour cream and cheese on the smashed potatoes. Talk about highway robbery. And let's not forget I got no gummy shark with my shark bowl.
I knew what to expect with the food. The servers were great. But the women's and the men's restrooms both wreaked of pee pee. There was so much that the puddle next to the toilet handle was orange. If I'd gone in before eating I would of no longer had an appetite, I almost threw up by going in after eating. And my shoes kept getting stuck to the floor.
Just use the bathroom somewhere else before your meal.

Applebee's use to be my fav place to get a quick fullfilling meal but Im disappointed and erasing them off my go-to places to eat. I posted the receipt of what I ordered. The dessert was the whole reason why I ordered from them today. Finding hair in my food makes my stomach turn, literally.
Update: March 8th 2025, Applebee's reached out and was very apologetic. They also expressed great concern for the recent isolated incident. Because of their great concern, I wanted to change my rating. Not too many restaurants truly care about consumer complaints but Applebee's response made a great impact. Thank you again for the gift card and wanting to keep your customers' satisfied!!
