Just ate here for the first time. We tried the fried shrimp and country fried steak entrees, both were delicious. They also have the best sweet tea.The sides were also good. You get your money’s worth for a great price. Very cute and homey country restaurant. Thank you Skye for the great service.
Absolutely love the home cook menus. Priced right and great food!! Great waitresses also!!

Brown Chicken Brown Cow is a nice little place in Carrollton. Food is delicious, fresh, and larger than expected. The chili is more for two than one. Sweet tea is the best sweet tea in town. The staff is friendly, polite, and gracious. They offer individual plates and Family Style options, with Family Style unlimited on everything, including drink and dessert. Portions are large and flavor is great. Guests say the food is excellent and the staff is so nice it feels like home. Many say it is a good place to eat and the portions are great. Some walked in 20 minutes before closing and were still served. The food was amazing and the staff friendly. Many recommend it highly.
